Dustoor in Action (DiA) is a digital civic learning initiative by Edlytica Private Limited under the Digital Democracy Initiative South Asia programme, supported by Accountability Lab.

DiA aims to make constitutional and civic literacy accessible to young Pakistanis through the Dustoor.pk, a digital platform that combines micro-certifications on civic learning, multimedia explainers, and a searchable archive of Pakistan’s constitutional texts.

DiA also runs on-campus Civic labs in partnership with educational institutions to take the learning experience beyond screens, where participants complete a guided micro-certification and learn how informed citizens can meaningfully engage the state.
